The enclosed locations agreement was assembled by the Commercial Production Association of Toronto www.cpat.ca/ and is frequently used by the various Toronto commercial production companies for the purpose of ensuring all parties are protected when filming on location. It is a general agreement and can be modified to suit the requirements of each production.
